Ship happens. We help.

Whether you’re dreaming of setting sail to a tropical island or embarking on an epic voyage across the seven seas, there’s one thing you don’t want to leave on shore–your travel insurance. Faye’s cruise travel protection can cover your domestic or international cruise vacations, so you can focus on the sunshine and sea breeze while we handle any unexpected waves.

Why you need cruise insurance

A cruise isn’t your average vacation, and neither are the risks that can come with it. Travel insurance is essential when heading on a cruise or any other trip, as it can protect you from the unexpected. The most common reasons people choose to cover their cruises include limitations or lack of coverage from health insurance, weather unknowns and more.
Health insurance may not cut it

Your health plan may fall short when you’re abroad

Even if you’re just doing a few days abroad, it’s unlikely your U.S. health insurance will cover you if you need emergency medical assistance.
Emergency medical evacuation can be expensive

Be prepared for unexpected costs of evacuation

If something serious and life-threatening happens, and inadequate medical treatment is available in the area, you want to ensure that transportation can be covered.
Traveling to and from the ship carries its own risks

Cover your whole journey

If you’ve got flights to catch and bags to lug on board, then there’s always an added element of risk that something can go wrong, so thinking ahead and protecting every leg of your journey is suggested.
Extreme weather happens

Stay covered when nature takes a turn

During hurricane and typhoon season, you can book a cruise at excellent rates, but if extreme weather happens, it can completely derail your trip. Faye’s international plans can cover you if you need to be transported from a place of danger to a place of safety if you’re in imminent physical danger due to a covered natural disaster event.

Good words travel far

We were kept well informed at every step of our vacation cruise. We appreciated the confidence of being insured for the unexpected.
I had a claim for a doctor's visit while on a cruise. The instructions for filing it were clear and simple. It was approved in just a couple of days.
I sprained my foot during my cruise. When my trip was over, upon arriving home, I opened a claim with Faye, and just over a week later, my claim was paid in full. I cannot say enough great things about Faye.
We were on a 16-day cruise, and my husband needed to go to the ship's medical clinic. My experience was easy and hassle-free when I turned in the claim. I have already referred Faye to 3 of my friends.
